Problem: ANGLE Technology and the East Baltimore Development Initiative required life science incubator expertise to guide the preliminary programming, design and financing for its proposed new wetlab incubator facility in downtown Baltimore.

Solution: Facility Logix provided programming and engineering recommendations specific to life science incubator facilities. We developed comprehensive capital development pro forma budgets as well as 10-year operating budgets to enable EBDI to determine financing strategies and move forward with the project.
