Problem: UMBC wanted to explore options to upgrade and expand upon its successful incubator, accelerator, and entrepreneurship programs.

Solution: Facility Logix led a team of consultants in an evaluation of the existing facility infrastructure, organizational structure, and operation. The team updated a market demand survey for wetlab space in the Baltimore region. We analyzed expansion options and various financing and operating scenarios to guide strategic planning for the university.
