Problem: This UK-based contract research organization wanted to explore locations to establish its future US operations.Upon selecting Maryland for its new facility, Xceleron needed project management services to oversee all aspects of programming, design, construction and compliance for its new facility.

Solution: Facility Logix developed preliminary programming, basis of design profiles, and capital budgets enabling Xceleron to evaluate various state incentive programs applicable to their new US operation. Xceleron selected Maryland based on a number of positive attributes and is now building out a facility to house its Accelerator Mass Spectrometer. Xceleron will be moving into its new facility in early 2008 and looks forward to generating revenues based on its AMS technology and service capabilities.
